Our Mission:  We seek to align the communities of the Triad and the Triangle through dance, artistic expression, education, and outreach, while promoting generational healing and connection through storytelling.

Our Vision:  We want to inspire a world that embraces diversity and cultivates a deeper understanding of the human experience. We do this through inclusive dance and fitness programs for people of all ages and abilities — you don’t need any previous experience to dance with us, and our programs are made up of community members from all different backgrounds and skillsets. Each year, our community votes on a different topic (previous themes have included homelessness, bullying, and racism) to be expressed through dance at our annual showcase. In this showcase, we tell both our own and others’ stories through this powerful medium of dance.
